As a Senior Automation Architect, you will be instrumental in bringing innovative ideas to fruition and integrating disruptive technologies within the organization. Your role will be central to the successful implementation of automation solutions across multiple technology domains. Primary Responsibilities: + Work with senior engineers, enterprise architects, and platform owners to set the automation platform's technical direction and strategic objectives. + Align efforts with central architecture functions to influence technical standards and progress enterprise objectives. + Participate in design and code reviews to ensure delivery of desired business outcomes and alignment with enterprise standards. + Drive key architecture decisions to solve critical complex problems for assigned and adjacent platforms. + Capture best-practice knowledge from engineering and field teams and share reference architectures and patterns with technical teams. + Define roadmaps, future state of automation platforms, and strategy. Evaluate different products and create Proof of Concepts (PoC) for new technical solutions. Qualifications: + 6+ years of automation development or architecture experience in tools such as BluePrism, UiPath. + Extensive hands-on experience in automation development or solution designing of complex business processes. + Experience in multiple technology areas including Infrastructure, Security, DevOps, Application Development, Database technologies, Cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP). + Strong communication skills and ability to facilitate technical conversations with non-technical stakeholders. + Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, building cloud-based automations, and APIs. + A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is required, with a master's degree preferred. Hours & Work Schedule + Hours per Week: 40 + Work Schedule: M-F, Weekend as needed (limited) Pay Transparency The salary range for this position is $ 111,803 - $ 167,704 per year plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
