We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to manage our front desk and provide administrative support across the organization. As the first point of contact for our company, the Receptionist plays a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive first impression.
Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
Maintain security by following procedures and monitoring visitor access.
Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
Support other departments as needed.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional attitude and appearance.
