Job Summary

The IS Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the Information Systems department. This role is responsible for scheduling meetings, coordinating purchases, tracking departmental documentation, run reports, and serving as a meeting scribe. the ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Essential Functions:

• Manage scheduling 
• Coordinate appointments, training sessions, and project-related meetings
• Arrange logistics for various events
• Process purchase requisitions, track orders, and follow-up on deliveries
• Act as the meeting scribe
• Prepare meeting agendas
• Maintain organized digital and physical files for contracts, invoices, and support tickets
• Prepare status reports, dashboards, and presentations as needed
• Track and report key departmental metrics and activities
• Skills and Abilities
• High School Graduate or GED required
• 2-3 years of general office work with varied clerical activities required

• Strong computer and typing skills required
