Summary:
Nike is seeking a Women's Apparel Buyer to join their Store Merchandising Team in Beaverton, Oregon. This role focuses on curating consumer-right assortments for inline retail stores in North America, collaborating across multiple teams to deliver seasonal product assortments and drive business performance.

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute seasonal apparel assortments for Women's Inline Stores in North America
Lead collaboration across merchandising, planning, allocation, and marketing teams
Participate in buy reviews and manage in-season selling strategies
Analyze historical data and marketplace trends to shape future assortments
Represent store merchandising in leadership meetings
Mentor and provide guidance to individual contributors
Skills/Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or 2 additional years of experience in lieu of a degree
5+ years' experience in apparel or footwear buying, merchandising, or retail
Strong understanding of retail financial metrics (sell-through, turn, ASP, UPT)
Experience with product lifecycle from concept to in-store delivery
Knowledge of North American retail landscape and consumer trends
Excellent collaboration, communication, and strategic planning skills
