What You’ll Be Doing

• Clean and reset guest rooms: make beds, vacuum, clean bathrooms, restock amenities, etc.
• Ensure all items (TVs, lights, A/C units, etc.) are clean and functioning properly
• Maintained guest privacy and followed safety/security procedures
• Replenish supplies and report maintenance issues in Quore
• Keep carts stocked, organized, and clean at all times
• Occasionally clean public areas and assist with lobby or linen room duties
• Greet guests and respond to their requests in a friendly, helpful manner
• Complete deep cleaning or special projects as assigned
• Follow all hotel cleanliness and safety standards
• Report lost & found items to the Head Housekeeper
• Always represent the hotel with a smile and a positive attitude

Physical Requirements

This is a physically active role that requires:

• Standing and walking for extended periods
• Lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs
• Bending, reaching, kneeling, and climbing stairs
• Performing repetitive motions throughout your shift

You must arrive in a clean uniform with a nametag each shift.

What We’re Looking For

• Ability to speak and understand English (bilingual is a plus!)
• Housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently
• Strong time management and a great work ethic
• Must be available on weekends and holidays (the hotel is open 24/7!)
• Willing and able to pass a background check and drug screening
