Key Responsibilities:-Lead and manage a team of travel consultants, ensuring top-tier service and efficiency.-Oversee corporate travel programs and key client accounts, fostering strong, trusted relationships.-Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to optimize travel solutions for long-standing clients.-Monitor industry trends and implement best practices for high-touch travel management.-Provide mentorship and support to team members, ensuring professional growth and development.-Handle escalations and complex travel arrangements, ensuring smooth operations and a seamless transition for clients.
What We're Looking For:-Proven experience in corporate travel management or team leadership.-Established client relationships and a reputation for providing exceptional service.-A dedicated team that trusts your leadership and is looking for a strong company to grow with.-Ability to lead a team, build trust, and foster client loyalty.-Strong knowledge of travel booking systems (GDS preferred) and industry best practices.-Passion for travel and ensuring a seamless experience for clients who value consistency and reliability.
