Excellent cross - departmental collaboration and project management skills, capable of coordinating resources from development, production, quality control, and other departments. Experience in technical training and team empowerment, with strong cross - cultural communication skills (experience in team management in Vietnam is preferred). Proficiency in using CAD, 3D design software, and ERP systems. Strong stress - handling ability; candidates with bilingual skills in Chinese and Vietnamese or proficiency in English communication will be given priority. Lead the entire process of technical verification from product development to mass production transfer, including the review and acceptance of patterns, cutting dies, and outsole molds. Conduct technical risk assessments and formulate solutions to ensure that the development process meets process standards and mass - production feasibility. Provide technical guidance to pattern makers and resolve their technical issues. Lead the Industrial Engineering (IE) review, develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and optimize material control processes to promote technical standardization and efficiency improvement. Solve unexpected technical problems during mass production, providing anomaly analysis, process improvements, and on - site technical support. Track the closure of issues during the trial production stage to ensure the effective implementation of technical solutions and enhance production stability. Lead the pattern maker team, coordinate technical training, process guidance, and cross - cultural collaboration to enhance the team's professional capabilities. Review the team's output to ensure the accuracy and implementability of technical documents (such as patterns and mold drawings). Monitor the implementation of technical standards in all stages from development to mass production, and lead the compliance review of processes, IE, and material control systems. Drive continuous improvement, reduce quality risks, and optimize cost and efficiency indicators.
