Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join our team. This role focuses on sourcing and selecting sales, marketing, and operations talent for direct hire and temporary positions. The ideal candidate will excel in managing recruitment workflows, fostering strong customer relationships, and driving business growth through outstanding recruitment results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing and Selection:
    • Proactively identify, engage, and screen top talent for direct hire and temporary roles in sales, marketing, and operations.
    • Utilize innovative sourcing strategies, including our ATS System, LinkedIn, Indeed, social media and research to build and maintain a robust talent pipeline.
  • Candidate Selection and Quality:
    • Assess candidates thoroughly to ensure they meet both the qualifications and cultural fit required by the client.
    • Uphold the highest standards in candidate quality to ensure that each hire contributes meaningfully to growing the client’s business.
    • Align with our mission of elevating our clients' business growth one hire at a time.
  • Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Management:
    • Maintain and manage the ATS to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
    • Adhere to predefined workflows and sequences to trigger key candidate actions throughout the recruitment process.
  • Recruitment Process Management:
    • Execute the recruitment process seamlessly from initial outreach to offer negotiation and onboarding.
    • Provide regular updates on project progress to internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Priority Management:
    • Assess project priorities and provide clear direction to the off-shore sourcing team to ensure alignment with recruitment goals.
    • Monitor the sourcing team’s output to maintain quality standards and meet project deadlines.
  • Customer Satisfaction and Management:
    • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction with recruitment services.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the project, addressing questions, providing updates, and ensuring alignment with their hiring goals.
  • Business Development and Upselling:
    • Identify opportunities to upsell clients on additional services or solutions to address their evolving business needs.
    • Play a pivotal role in expanding temp staffing accounts through targeted relationship-building and account management.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or staffing, highly preferred within a retained search or staffing firm.
  • Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and dynamic recruitment workflows and automations. 
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills. 
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets, upselling, or business development goals.
  • Ability to analyze and report on recruitment metrics and project progress.
  • Knowledge of the sales, marketing, and operations job market is a plus.
