Job Description

FocusKPI is looking for a Mid or senior-level Software QA Engineer (DHL)  to join one of our clients, a high-tech SaaS company.

As a Mid/Sr-level QA Engineer, you will be responsible for driving the overall QA efforts and performing end-to-end testing of a Health product and its features, including requirements and design analysis, test case creation & review, and executing manual testing.

Work Location:  Mountain View, CA
Duration: 6-month contract; hybrid role (on-site 3 days a week)
Pay Range: $70/hr to $82/hr

Responsibilities:

• Create a Test strategy, a Test Plan, and perform test execution across different devices and platforms.
• Independently lead QA efforts, drive quality of the project, assess, report product quality risks, and ensure quality deliverables
• Maintainable, high-quality quality and effective Test cases depository 
• Analyzing quality data, identifying areas of improvement, and implementing innovative ideas to improve quality

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, especially in mobile devices testing, including Android, wearable, and iOS
• BS/MS in Computer Science or a similar field
• Experience in defining and executing test strategies for mobile platforms and end-to-end, Database
• Excellent understanding of QA processes and methodologies
• Experience with defining test strategy, designing test cases based on product requirements, and a system architecture framework
• Experience with tools such as bug tracking , version control , and test cases control systems (Jira, GIT, TestRail, etc)
• Strong analytical, logical, problem recognition, and solving skills
• Knowledge & experience with ADB and Unix shell , SQL statements
• Experience in black box testing , white box testing
• Experience in API testing using Postman
• Automation testing experience is a big plus
• Experience working with a global team with different geographical locations
• Excellent Communication Skills
