Job Description :
Service Delivery Management:
Oversee the day-to-day operations and support of HIP services, ensuring SLAs are met and issues are resolved promptly.
Ensure end to end ownership on the overall service delivery.
Application Support Management:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the various applications, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
This includes monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving issues, as well as managing upgrades and patches.
Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors, driving and leading integration-related inquiries and escalations.
Incident and Problem Management:
Lead the investigation and resolution of integration-related incidents and problems, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
This includes coordinating with various support teams and vendors as needed.
Change Management:
Oversee the implementation of changes to integration services, ensuring they are planned, tested, and deployed with minimal disruption to business operations.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor the performance of integration services, track key metrics, and generate regular reports on service availability, performance, and capacity. Monitor system performance and identify areas for optimization.
Implement performance improvements to ensure efficient and reliable data flow.
Documentation:
Maintain comprehensive documentation of the integration platform, configurations, and processes.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities to improve HIP service delivery processes, tools, and technologies.
Work closely with development, operation teams to ensure successful Production releases.
Communication :
Communicate proactively with stakeholders on service performance, planned maintenance, and upcoming changes.
Education:
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience:
10+ years of IT experience including 5+ years in Application Support/ management (preferably on applications based on Java, Angular and PL/SQL)
Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of application functionality and some domain expertise in Logistics
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
