**Position Summary...**
Be the Driving Force Behind Fast, Seamless Store Fulfillment Curbside & Delivery Operations
Are you passionate about simplifying complex processes and making fast feel effortless? WeâšÃ"ôre looking for a sharp, operations-minded innovator to shape the design of our Curbside & Delivery Associate Process âšÃ"î the critical link between online grocery orders and the moment they reach the customer or delivery driver.
In this role, youâšÃ"ôll help define how store associates execute the final handoff: getting orders out of staging and into vehicles with speed, accuracy, and consistency. YouâšÃ"ôll work across multiple fulfillment formats âšÃ"î from traditional stores to high-volume pickup hubs âšÃ"î to identify friction points, streamline workflows, and ensure we deliver on our promise of convenience.

**What you'll do...**
+ Design and optimize associate-facing processes that move orders efficiently from staging to customer and delivery driver vehicles.
+ Evaluate current curbside and delivery workflows to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities to reduce handoff time.
+ Support the strategy for how associates work across fulfillment formats âšÃ"î ensuring consistency, speed, and adaptability.
+ Use data, field feedback, and observational insights to identify problems and develop scalable, real-world solutions.
+ Collaborate with Field Operations, Product, Tech, and Design teams to build and test new processes, tools, and training materials.
+ Help POC and scale new initiatives by gathering performance data and refining based on outcomes and frontline feedback.
+ Document process flows, SOPs, and best practices to support broad adoption across markets.
+ Serve as a connector between corporate strategy and store execution âšÃ"î making sure our teams have clear, executable processes that drive performance.
+ Stay on top of industry trends and evolving customer expectations to inform future enhancements.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. Programs range from high school completion to bachelor's degrees, including English Language Learning and short-form certificates. Tuition, books, and fees are completely paid for by Walmart.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations , or related field and 3 years' experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 5 years' experience in operations, project management, or related area. 1 year's supervisory experience.
