The Senior Leader, Client Leadership will be responsible for cultivating strong client partnerships within the retail vertical, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional client experiences across Epsilon's data, tech, and media offerings. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional business acumen, strong leadership skills, and a passion for delivering innovative solutions that exceed client expectations in the retail industry. Critically, this role operates within a rigorous enterprise-level sales organization, and reports to the Senior Vice President, Client Lead.
As a Director, Client Management, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong relationships with retail clients, understanding their specific business objectives, challenges, and opportunities. You will orchestrate the efforts of Client Developments, Sales Strategists, Solution Architects, Client Supporting Functions, and Account Management Teams to ensure cohesive and comprehensive solutions are developed and delivered. This includes negotiating contracts and pricing and developing and managing client success plans, contributing to Epsilon's overall success within the retail vertical.
Base Salary: $174,250 - $246,000
In addition to base salary, this role may be bonus or incentive compensation eligible. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon, but not limited to the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location and application employment laws. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
