We are seeking a motivated Sales Specialist to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for speaking to potential customers, educating them on our program, and guiding them through the sales process. This role primarily consists of closing customers and taking calls with inbound leads that flow through our marketing pipeline. Key Responsibilities:
* Educate & Engage: Contact potential customers via video call, phone, email, and online outreach.
* Close Sales: Guide customers through the purchasing process, overcome objections, and finalize agreements.
* Achieve Goals: Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
* CRM Management: Accurately log all sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in the company’s CRM system.
Qualifications:
* 0-5 years of sales, customer service, or related experience (entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply!)
* Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
* Motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
* Experience with CRM software is a plus, but not required.
