Autism Center of Excellence is seeking an active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our clinic team. This position provides consistent daytime hours supporting children with autism through structured high-quality ABA therapy.

• Tuesday: 10:00 AM5:00 PM
  
• Wednesday: Off
  
• Thursday: 10:00 AM5:00 PM
  
• Friday: 10:00 AM5:00 PM
  
• Compensation: $21$26 per hour
  
• Employment Type: Full-time
  
• Certification Required: Active RBT
  

What Youll Do

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in a structured clinic environment
  
• Implement treatment goals created by a supervising BCBA
  
• Support communication social and daily living skill development
  
• Record accurate session and behavior data using electronic systems
  
• Participate in supervision and team communication
  
• Maintain a positive professional presence with children and families

• Active RBT certification (required)
  
• Experience working with children preferred
  
• Ability to work the schedule listed
  
• Reliable professional and comfortable in an active setting
  
• Able to lift 50 lbs and remain engaged throughout sessions

Required Education:

RequiredHigh school diploma or GEDActive RBT certification issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)Background check clearanceAbility to complete and maintain CPR/First Aid certificationPreferred (but not required)Some college coursework in Psychology Education Social Work Human Services or related fieldsExperience working with children (any setting: schools childcare behavioral health camps coaching etc.)
