About the Opportunity:
Coastal Elite Roofing is seeking a driven, detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee roofing projects from start to finish. In this role, you'll lead both residential and commercial projects with a focus on quality craftsmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction. What You’ll Do:

• Lead and manage roofing projects from initial planning to final inspection.
• Supervise crews and subcontractors, ensuring safety and quality compliance.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, crews, and the office.
• Uphold company standards of excellence on every job site.
• Work efficiently with Rooflink to manage project details, updates, and communication once assigned to a job.
• Fly drones to capture footage of projects - including before, during, and after - to support documentation and marketing.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in construction or roofing project management.
• Proficiency in construction management software.
• Highly organized with strong problem-solving skills.
• Detail- and deadline-oriented, with a commitment to quality.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus.
• Comfortable with heights and climbing various types of roofs.
