**Job Posting: Senior Macro Strategist**
**Position Overview:**
We seek an experienced macro/fixed income strategist to join our Investment Strategy Team, responsible for developing and communicating the firm's "house view" on fixed income markets and monetary policy. The ideal candidate will have a Federal Reserve background and deep expertise in G10 sovereign bond markets, with a proven ability to generate actionable investment ideas and collaborate across teams.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Lead analysis and forecasting of Federal Reserve policy decisions and their implications for markets and the economy.
+ Conduct macroeconomic analysis of the U.S. and global economies, producing regular research, deep-dive reports, and weekly insights.
+ Generate investment ideas and trade recommendations in the interest rate and government bond space across developed markets.
+ Develop and communicate investment theses on duration and curve positioning.
+ Present at investor events, client briefings, and strategy discussions, representing the firm with clarity and authority.
+ Build and maintain relationships with contacts within the economic policy community.
**Requirements:**
+ 8+ years of industry experience, including relevant Fixed Income investment and macroeconomic research experience.
+ Advanced degree in economics, finance, or related field; direct experience at the Federal Reserve or another major central bank strongly preferred.
+ Deep understanding of G10 sovereign bond markets, macroeconomic drivers, and technical structure of interest rate and FX securities (forwards, futures, swaps, options, sovereign bonds).
+ Demonstrated ability to generate and implement high-conviction investment ideas across global rates and FX.
+ Effective communicator with strong writing and presentation skills; able to work collaboratively in an intellectually rigorous environment.
+ Experience with Python or related programming languages is a plus.
