What we offer

• $24-$25/hour + up to $50/week performance pay
• Up to $1,500 in bonuses for certified pesticide applicators
• (5.0 Aquatics & Mosquito, 3.0 Turf & Landscape & 7.1 Structural)
• $25 for each positive review
• $50 for every new season-long customer you sign up
• $250/month health benefit stipend
• Mon-Fri schedule (occasional Saturdays), Weekly pay, paid holidays

Responsibilities

• Perform outdoor mosquito and pest control treatments through mid-October
• Deliver consistent, high-quality service on your assigned route
• Build positive customer relationships
• Maintain clean equipment and vehicle
• Prioritize safety and follow all application guidelines
• Record service data accurately and report feedback

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver’s License: With a clean driving record.
• Physical Ability: wear and operate a 65-lb backpack blower up to 25 times a day.
• Willingness to earn certifications for State Certified Pesticide Applicator
• Paid training provided for 5.0 Mosquito & Aquatics, 3.0 Turf & Landscape & 7.1 Structural
