Overview

Are you an early riser with a passion for breakfast food? College Cafe, a busy and friendly breakfast and lunch restaurant, is looking for a reliable and enthusiastic "pinch hitter" to join our team on a temporary, part-time basis. We need a flexible team player to fill in gaps and ensure smooth operations during our busy shifts. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for flexible hours with the potential for a long-term position.

Ideal Candidate

• Daytime Availability: Must be available during the day, with a strong emphasis on weekends. Weekday shifts may also be available.
• Experience Required: Prior breakfast preparation and/or service experience is essential. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced breakfast environment.
• Flexible: Willing to jump in wherever needed and cover various shifts as required.
• Reliable: Dependable and punctual, understanding the critical nature of a small team.

Compensation & Potential

• Pay: Starting at $20 per hour.
• Growth: While this is a temporary position, there is the potential for this role to evolve into a permanent part-time or even full-time position if staffing needs change.
