The Role:
We're looking for a high-energy Executive Assistant Intern to work side-by-side with our CEO and leadership team. This is not just coffee runs and scheduling — you'll be helping drive business development, research, and strategy initiatives that directly impact our growth.
What You'll Do:
• Get your hands on real-world projects that will stretch your skills.
• Attend strategy sessions and bring fresh ideas to the table.
• Track leads, business development progress, and project outcomes.
• Strengthen our digital presence.
• General administrative duties.
• Community outreach.
• Assist with events at different locations. Capture photos and video content during events for use across social media platforms.
• Conduct research on potential clients, partners, and market opportunities.
• Help create presentations, proposals, and reports for key meetings.
• This internship runs for 6 months and may lead to full-time employment based on performance, fit, and business needs.
