The Cloud Operations Administrator is responsible for managing and optimizing cloud infrastructure, ensuring secure integrations, compliance, and high performance across all services. This role involves designing cloud tenant structures, managing CI/CD pipelines, ensuring secure connectivity, and implementing cloud security best practices. The administrator will also focus on cost optimization, backup and recovery processes, performance monitoring, and automation. Mentorship of junior engineers is also a key aspect of this position.

Responsibilities:
- Design and manage cloud tenant structures.
- Guide new users and departments through cloud adoption.
- Manage CI/CD pipelines and maintain Terraform scripts.
- Ensure secure intra- and inter-tenant connectivity.
- Design scalable, resilient, and secure cloud architectures.
- Define security policies and ensure compliance.
- Monitor usage and implement cost-efficiency strategies.
- Develop and oversee cloud backup and disaster recovery processes.
- Continuously tune cloud infrastructure for performance and reliability.
- Automate routine tasks and explore emerging cloud technologies.
- Manage Docker images and optimize GitHub runners.
- Lead resolution of critical Terraform deployment issues.
- Provide guidance to junior engineers on Docker and GitHub pipeline configurations.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- 5 7 years of experience managing cloud infrastructure.
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Information Systems or a related field.
- Proven expertise in Terraform, Azure, and CI/CD pipeline management.
- Advanced knowledge of cloud security, cost management, and compliance frameworks.
- Strong experience with automation, performance tuning, and onboarding support.
