MEP LEAD Job Description - Norway Location: Norway Start Date: 17 October 2025 Pay Rate: $110 per hour Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled MEP Lead to join our team in Norway, with a focus on renewable energy projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing aspects of our projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the MEP team on renewable energy projects Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution Develop and implement MEP design strategies that align with sustainability goals Review and approve MEP drawings and specifications Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders Identify and resolve any MEP-related issues that may arise during construction Required Skills and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP design and construction Strong knowledge of renewable energy systems and technologies Excellent project management skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and leadership abilities
