Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a Medical Assembler II for a leading medical device company in Aliso Viejo, CA. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with room for growth.

• Location: Aliso Viejo, CA
• Pay: $22 - $24/hour
• Shifts Available: Flexible scheduling, overtime required as needed

What You’ll Do:

• Follow manufacturing instructions to assemble products
• Record data and maintain build records for product assembly
• Communicate with Leads and Supervisors regarding material, process, or procedural issues
• Collaborate with engineers and supervisors on special assembly requests
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety, and company policies
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in medical device assembly
• Ability to work with microscopes, vision systems, and related automated equipment
• Basic math skills and knowledge of measuring techniques (scales, rulers, US and metric)
• Ability to work with chemicals and follow safety protocols
