About SLA Worldwide:

SLA Worldwide is a multifaceted agency specializing in the growth and storytelling of restaurant, retail, and hospitality brands. Our family of brands reflects our mission to connect people through innovative brand experiences.

We’re seeking a Marketing Manager who blends creative leadership with data-driven insight, someone capable of leading our in-house graphics, social media, and web design teams while steering digital strategy, analytics, and brand growth across all SLA Worldwide initiatives.

The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that strengthen brand presence, support business growth, and ensure consistency across digital and print platforms. This role will oversee all marketing functions including creative design, web content, SEO, social media, and campaign analytics while collaborating with leadership and brand partners to deliver measurable results.

This is a hands-on, strategic role ideal for a marketing professional who can balance creative direction with analytical insight.

Key Responsibilities Leadership & Oversight:

  • Supervise and guide the Graphic Design, Web Design, and Social Media teams, ensuring cohesive branding, creative consistency, and timely project execution.
  • Coordinate campaigns and creative deliverables across multiple SLA Worldwide brands.
  • Collaborate closely with leadership on brand positioning, creative strategy, and promotional planning.
  • Develop and manage the annual marketing calendar, aligning major campaigns, events, and seasonal promotions.
  • Provide creative direction and feedback for design, web, and digital content initiatives.

Digital Marketing & Web Strategy:

  • Manage all company and brand websites, ensuring optimized design, performance, and brand alignment.
  • Oversee website analytics, SEO performance, and user engagement, using data to inform strategy and improve outcomes.
  • Utilize Google Analytics, Search Console, and keyword tracking tools to monitor site traffic, conversions, and audience behavior.
  • Partner with the Web & Graphic Designer to ensure all sites are mobile responsive, SEO optimized, and visually compelling.
  • Oversee implementation of on-page SEO best practices, including metadata, keywords, content optimization, and link strategies.
  • Track digital KPIs and provide actionable reports to leadership on site and campaign performance.

Social Media & Content Strategy:

  • Collaborate with the Social Media Manager to align social strategies with overall marketing goals.
  • Develop integrated campaigns that unify social, web, and print content.
  • Monitor emerging social media trends and identify opportunities for innovation or audience expansion.
  • Ensure consistent brand voice, visual identity, and message across all channels.

Branding & Communications:

  • Maintain and evolve brand standards for SLA Worldwide and all affiliated entities.
  • Ensure that marketing materials (print, digital, presentations, etc.) reflect consistent storytelling and brand excellence.
  • Support PR, partnerships, and community initiatives through aligned marketing and communication efforts.
  • Manage marketing vendors, freelancers, and external agencies as needed.

Analytics & Performance Reporting:

  • Monitor campaign effectiveness and ROI across channels using Google Analytics, social insights, and CRM data.
  • Prepare monthly performance dashboards summarizing marketing KPIs: web traffic, engagement, conversions, campaign results, and spend efficiency.
  • Recommend improvements and new marketing tactics based on analytical findings.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of professional marketing experience, ideally within hospitality, retail, or multi-brand environments.
  • Experience managing creative, web, and social media teams.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and basic SEO strategy.
  • Strong understanding of website design principles, UX/UI, and content management systems (Squarespace, WordPress, Webflow).
  • Familiarity with digital ad campaigns, email marketing, and content scheduling platforms.
  • Strong writing, editing, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask across several brands and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in hospitality or restaurant marketing.
  • Certification in Google Analytics, SEO, or Digital Marketing (Google, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Canva.
  • Experience with CRM systems or marketing automation platforms.
  • Understanding of influencer or affiliate marketing programs.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary and benefits (medical, dental, vision, PTO).
  • Creative, fast-paced environment with a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Opportunity to lead a talented multi-brand creative team.
  • Growth potential as SLA Worldwide expands nationally across multiple hospitality verticals.

How to Apply:

Please submit your resume, portfolio or project examples, and a summary of your experience managing creative and digital marketing teams. Include examples of measurable success in web analytics, SEO, or campaign performance if available.
