Marina Services Coordinator

The Sea Pines Resort is Hilton Head’s premier Beach and Golf Resort located along 5000 oceanfront acres for more than 50 Years. The Sea Pines Resort is looking for a Marina Services Coordinator.

JOB SUMMARY:

A Marina Services Coordinator is responsible for selling, booking, and following up on Marina activities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Taking dockage reservations via phone
  • Follow-up activities on existing reservations by collecting deposits, mailing confirmations, processing cancellation requests, running reports to monitor bookings, etc.
  • Manage systems such as VHF Radio and Dockwa
  • Manage fuel sales.
  • Completes and runs daily business reports.
  • Booking fishing charters on Fareharbor
  • Provide friendly and professional service while adhering to the Forbes 4 Star standards.
  • Must be available on weekends and holidays.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

  • High school diploma or general education degree.
  • Computer skills including ability to use computer-based reservations systems and personal computer response to E-mail requests.
  • Customer service and telemarketing/sales skills and experience are highly desired.
  • Need technical skills/knowledge of resort computer system/desk procedures. Typing skills beneficial.
  • Knowledge of boating is preferred.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:

Valid Driver's License
