Strategically utilize international athletes visiting or competing in the region to amplify impact and outreach.

Partner with the Regional Sports Marketing and Sports Event Marketing teams to strengthen authentic product and brand connections with local athletes.

Work closely with each athlete’s trusted inner circle and partners to create additional opportunities for extending the reach and impact of the product and brand messaging.

Integrate suitable and innovative performance solutions into each athlete's program.

Ensure that each managed athlete has a comprehensive understanding of product usage and brand association.

Establish realistic performance parameters for the duration of each athlete's agreement and continuously monitor and evaluate progress.

Identify and assess any performance challenges faced by athletes and recommend appropriate solutions or, if necessary, termination plans.

  • Collaborate and work in a team environment with other members of the sports and marketing teams.
