**Full-Time Luxury Travel Advisor**

We are excited to invite a highly motivated and experienced Luxury Travel Advisor to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will play a vital part in servicing the clients of our travel agency partners, who specialize in catering to luxury clientele. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships, crafting bespoke travel itineraries, and exceeding sales targets. We are looking for someone with exceptional organizational, time-management, and relationship-building skills who is eager to make a difference.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Serve as the primary point of contact for our partner travel agencies and their luxury travel clients, ensuring a personalized and attentive experience.
- Utilize your persuasive skills and strong closing techniques to convert leads into bookings, helping clients realize their dream vacations.
- Design bespoke luxury travel itineraries tailored to each client's unique preferences, ensuring a seamless and unforgettable travel experience.
- Demonstrate determination and motivation to exceed targeted goals, driven by a passion for results.
- Proactively address client inquiries, resolve complaints, and manage any issues that may arise during the booking and travel process, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Continuously build and strengthen relationships with partner agencies through effective communication, regular updates, and dedicated support.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions, travel preferences, and bookings using our internal CRM system.
- Stay informed about the latest luxury travel trends, destinations, and industry developments to provide clients with knowledgeable recommendations.

**Qualifications:**

- A minimum of 3 years of proven sales success, including strong closing skills within the hospitality industry, preferably in luxury travel or a travel agency setting.
- Experience selling Caribbean and Mexico destinations is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities to navigate challenges and ensure client satisfaction.
- Strong relationship-based sales skills, with a track record of consistently exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and travel agencies.
- Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to provide personalized recommendations based on client preferences.
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with CRM systems and travel reservation software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, demonstrating self-motivation and initiative.
