Physical Therapist - Home Health Care Specialist ($90K-$110K)

Required Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current state Physical Therapy license
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with electronic health records

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1+ years of home health experience
• Geriatric care experience
• Medicare/Medicaid documentation experience
