Job Description

Are you energetic, people-focused, and ready to launch a rewarding career in marketing or nonprofit fundraising? Join our Entry-Level Event Marketing & Fundraising team and play a key role in raising awareness and generating support for meaningful causes through live, in-person outreach.

In this role, you'll represent nonprofit organizations at community events, engage directly with the public, and contribute to campaigns that create real impact—while developing valuable skills in marketing, sales, and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent nonprofit partners at live events, community festivals, and public venues

  • Initiate conversations with potential donors and educate them about charitable campaigns

  • Secure contributions through engaging, trust-based outreach

  • Deliver real-time feedback on campaign performance and donor responses

  • Collaborate with team members to plan and execute successful fundraising strategies

  • Attend training sessions in sales, nonprofit marketing, and public speaking
