What To Expect
Tesla is seeking a motivated, experienced, and knowledgeable Data Analyst to support Global and Regional Distribution Center operations. You will work cross-functionally with Global Supply Chain, Logistics, Material Planning, Service, Finance, Quality and Facilities to collect, measure, visualize and interpret data; to turn data into information, information into insight and insight into business decisions. What You'll Do Interpret data, analyze results, and deliver accurate reports to drive decision makingDevelop and implement databases, data collection systems, and analytics strategies to improve operational efficiencyAcquire and maintain data from multiple sources, ensuring database accuracy and integrityIdentify, analyze, and interpret complex data trends to uncover operational opportunitiesPartner with operations teams to root cause gaps, resolve inefficiencies, and recommend solutionsClean and validate data to ensure quality, accuracy, and reliability of reportingCollaborate with Distribution Center and Supply Chain leadership to prioritize business and information needs
What You'll Bring 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data AnalystDegree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, or equivalent experienceStrong expertise in data models, database design, data mining, and segmentation techniquesProficiency with reporting tools (Tableau, PowerBI), databases (SQL), and programming or ETL frameworksKnowledge of statistics and experience with tools such as Excel, SPSS, or SASStrong analytical skills with proven ability to collect, organize, and interpret large datasets with accuracySkilled in writing queries, building reports, and presenting insights to stakeholders

Associate Analyst - $61,200 - $91,800/annual salaryAnalyst - $79,200 - $118,800/annual salary
+ cash and stock awards + benefits for all levels
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
