Are you passionate about helping others regain their independence and improve their daily lives? Join our team as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)! In this role, you’ll work under the guidance of a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to implement treatment plans, assist with therapeutic exercises, monitor progress, and educate patients and their families. Responsibilities: - Assist with patient assessments and implement OT-designed treatment plans.
- Provide therapeutic exercises and activities.
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs.
- Document patient progress and maintain records.
- Ensure safety and cleanliness of therapy equipment.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
- Manage appointments and client sessions.
- Maintain organized charts and data tracking.
- Support research projects and community education initiatives.

Qualifications: - CPR certification
- Annual TB Skin test
- Active CA COTA License
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining a calm, positive attitude

- 6 holiday pay days * must meet requirements
