Este puesto es para conductor de reparto en I Squared Logistics LLC (una DSP de Amazon ). Entregando paquetes para Amazon! Somos la empresa que sale a repartir primero cada día en Garner. ¡Esto significa llegar a casa antes que la mayoría de los demás puestos de reparto!

Los conductores de reparto exitosos disfrutan conduciendo, priorizan la seguridad y se preocupan profundamente por las expectativas y la satisfacción del cliente. Este NO es un lugar para trabajar si usted no puede detenerse en cada señal de alto y semáforo en rojo, si no puede conducir al límite de velocidad permitido o por debajo de él, si sigue a otros vehículos demasiado de cerca en la carretera o si cree que debe entrar en la mayoría de las propiedades (entradas vehiculares) de los clientes para entregar paquetes.

• Experiencia en conducción comercial, DOT, CDL (o relacionada con el trabajo) es una ventaja, pero no obligatoria.

Job Description

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Successfully handle and  deliver  packages  on time
• Organization is a key factor to success.  Those who load packages into their vans in the correct sequence, plan their days out, and organize packages at every available opportunity thrive here
• Be a Team Player. This means helping other team members every shift.
• Safely  drive and perform safety  inspections on Company vehicle
• Operate the company vehicle  safely  and  lawfully  at all times.
• If you run red lights / stop signs often or if you use your personal electronic device while driving, this is NOT the job for you! We care too much about the safety of our team and communities to allow those unsafe behaviors.
• Follow all local & state laws, road/driving regulations, and Company policies
• Provide  excellent customer service and satisfaction despite stressful events / conditions
• Keep pace  in  physically demanding job; work in all  weather conditions and on various routes;  lift packages (up to 50 lbs.); get in and out of a van repeatedly throughout the day at variable locations
• Communicate effectively with support team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completed
• Use  smart phone device for GPS Navigation, scanning packages, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in/out, and communicate with supervisors and other team members
• Load and unload packages in delivery vehicle
• Support the team in daily work requirements including participation in rescue calls when other team members need assistance with their routes. We strive to deliver every package every day

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must hold a non-provisional, unrestricted driver’s license
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Must have a clean motor vehicle report (multiple violations can disqualify you from the position)
• Must have good English speaking, reading, writing / communication skills
