Position:

Business Development Manager

Description:

Manage and track sales activities through CRM tools. Collaborate with internal recruitment and delivery teams to ensure seamless client solutions.
Develop and implement B2B sales strategies to acquire new clients. Sell services to mid-sized and enterprise companies ($0.5M–$5M in revenue).
Build strong relationships with C-level executives, hiring managers, and decision-makers. Identify leads, conduct cold outreach, respond to RFPs, RFIs, and attend industry events.

Requirements:

4+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in IT Outsourcing, IT Nearshoring, Recruitment, or Consulting.
Knowledge of staffing and recruitment processes and market trends.
Proven track record of closing large deals and managing full sales cycles.
Strong network of potential clients in the US (tech, finance, healthcare, etc.).
Fluent in English (verbal and written).
Self-motivated, strategic thinker, and results-oriented.
